Coldford Correctional stands high on the hills of Bournton. It was given the nickname because of the way it looms over the town. It was a Chamberlain castle at one point in history. The Chamberlain family are what put the King in KINGSGATE. The castle in Bourton was a stronghold of Francesca Chamberlain who had a reputation for torture, greed and bouts of madness. These terrible deeds are said to have become ingrained in the very walls of the prison.

The Boss has played home to some of Coldford City’s most dangerous criminals. Most notably, two of the Penn triplets of the PENN AUCTION HOUSE have found home there. In order to keep such depraved individuals the guards of the boss have a no nonsense policy. If you act up within those walls you will be taken out. It doesn’t matter who you were on the outside. The Boss doesn’t care when you are Her slave.
It’s not uncommon for those who enter those iron clutches to be kept there for the rest of their lives. A years sentence for assault can suddenly become a life forfeit. Such is the way of Coldford’s correctional system.
Life inside is not easy. It’s not meant to be. It is a prison after all. When you are given that custodial sentence you give up your humanity, your past and your dignity. You are now in servitude to The Boss.
We haven’t seen the last of those who will pass through those gates so if you are bold enough to head so far north you will see the latest slaves being brought forth to be chewed up.
Hotly contested, the death penalty is alive in well in Coldford at this time of writing. As such The Boss plays home to the electric chair known as Buzzkill. When you are dealing with such a hotbed of crime as is present in the Shady City those switches need to be flipped, often.

From the town of Luen, Andre Luis is an outsider to the Shady City but bringing his own penchant for villainy he fits right in. As a professional athlete he’s entitled, rich and completely unaware of the gritty reality around him. He is talented on the football field but a sordid past saw him transfer to the richest Coldford team. He believed crossing the waters from his homeland would leave the negative press behind but some stories chase harder than a KINGSGATE ALBION centre half.
Andre Luis and his team mate Louis Fang. Both are Coldford natives.
He was no stranger to the rivalries that are stirred up in football, he has been playing professionally since his teens but nothing quite compared to the hatred stirred between his own team and that of their closest rivals from the south of the city. COLDFORD ATHLETIC had Sammy Connelly to boast. They called him the golden boy and despite Andre Luis bringing home more trophies to the City cabinet, Sammy had the one thing that Andre Luis always coveted, the Golden Boot.

Life in Coldford can be sweet when you have all the adulation of a premier striker with plenty of wins to your name. Some people can find themselves drunk on that kind of influence. It didn’t take long for Andre Luis to find himself in trouble again. However, unlike the glamorous, rolling beaches of Luen, the Shady City didn’t allow much room for forgiveness.
Andre Luis provided a startling win against rival, Sammy Connelly.
His attitude on and off the park has made him quite a figure of hate. Like a pantomime villain he has chosen to embrace this. After all, team sponsors PENN AUCTION HOUSE are on hand to reel him in when he upsets too many people. Andre Luis learned this the hard way during a fixture with the northern team, Bournton. The game was set the day following a boxing match between SIMON ‘PUNCHLINE’ PENN and the BOURNTON BLIZZARD. Tensions were already high going into the ring knowing the battle would continue onto the football field. When Simon lost his composure in the ring, permanently disabling the Blizzard, the crowd that travelled to City Main were already baying for blood. Sending a skilful strike to the back of the net of the visitors, Andre Luis felt it a good idea to strike at the corner flag as though he was boxing and throw himself to the ground in a convulsing heap. The Bournton crowd did not react kindly to the taunting of one of their most beloved town figures, still in hopsital, still dealing with the fact that he would never walk again. Furious, Penn patriarch REGINALD had stern words with the manager and Andre Luis was pulled from the field.

The father was not at all pleased that his son’s moment of barbarity would be used in this way. Simon was already dealing with the consequences of his actions. Although Penn triplet brother REGGIE tried to hold back his laughter his father’s fury was not to be ignored. Andre Luis found himself back in Luen for a short break. Break being the operative word …

A beautiful and rich area of what is for the most part a Shady City. Time Line main is filled with boutiques, high class coffee houses and most importantly jewellers and diamond merchants. The notable Bergman family have been housed there for generations. It is a vibrant area for all corners of the city to flock to and acts as the main access to CITY FACE. When you walk down Time Line Main in the early morning when the traffic is quiet and before the bustling visitors have flooded the area you can hear the noise of the City Face clock.

Although it is expensive to spend any amount of time there and rental prices in the area are some of the highest in Coldford it is still a highly sought after for tourists and Coldford natives to capture photos. It is called Time Line Main because from the foot of the street which begins at the entrance into City Main lies modern stores such as Coldford City Sports stores and Rose Diamond but as you reach further you fall back in time to the golden age of diamond trading with the Bergman store until you reach City Face itself, one of the oldest pieces of established Coldford’s architecture.
Out Now. Daniel had turned his back on his life as the heir to the Weir Hotel empire in City Main. Sometimes its just hard to run from your true calling. His music teacher boyfriend, Vincent, knew that well and it led to those he loved being hurt.
Coming 2020. Despite its close proximity to the rest of the City, rehabilitation clinic Harbour House seems a world away. It seems the only way to get back to normality is to completely detach from it.
Jim Feltz began his political career as the voice of the people. he was Cardyne born to a working class family. his father was a life long labourer on FULLERTON CONSTRUCTION sites. His mother tended bar and waited tables at BOBBY’S LUNCH BOX. Jim was the first of his family to go to university. He managed to find himself a place at KINGSGATE alongside political rival MICKY DOYLE. Competing with the privately educated Doyle, Jim Feltz’s campaign resonated with the people of Coldford – especially those in the Shanties where he had promised new housing projects, support for the drug addicted and all those other sweet words politicians use when they want to get the people behind him. Once elected to the Hot Seat (a term used in the Shady City for the Mayoral Office) those promises weren’t kept. Those sweet words had a bitter after taste.
City Main has it’s distinctive sky line in large part due to Fullerton Construction. As viewed from the northern town of Bournton.
His wife, Sylvia, and two daughters – Lacey the eldest and Amber – had always been a supportive family. Especially Lacey who had political ambitions of her own. Much like her father, Lacey is ambitious. Unlike her father she intends to keep her promises should she ever take office.
City Face. Home of the mayoral hot seat and so called because of the time that ticks down on City Main.
From the estates of Cardyne to the highest electable office the city has to offer Feltz managed to shake off his fellow Kingsgate students with already established names. Jim Feltz was a working class hero the poor could look up to, cheer on and support. If only he had kept to those promises. Now, Jim Feltz is missing. His last known location – THE KNOCK KNOCK CLUB.

When the noise at the Knock Knock club starts to interfere with business at Owen Inc. Buddy and his Bros find themselves with a party to crash.
Fresh, up and comer from the Cardyne Area. Joshua has always been a computer geek and an avid gamer. From a humble background his game franchise LONESOME NIGHTS hit big making him one of the wealthiest people in the city. It also made him a prime candidate for the sharks of BECKINGRIDGE FIRM to invest his overnight fortune.
Joshua and Lynette Fullerton of Fullerton Construction are given investment proposals.
Most notably Joshua was present when the FREE FALL massacre occurred at BECKINGRIDGE TOWER. His life was luckily spared and his details on the event were found to be a little sketchy as far as COLDFORD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT were concerned. It was almost like he was trying to cover for the KNOCK KNOCK BOSS LADY who was being held responsible for orchestrating the whole thing.
All kinds of bodies were falling at Beckingridge Tower on the night of the Freefall Massacre.
Joshua is as kind and good a man as you are likely to find in Coldford. Rumours are that it was seeing how genuine he was in wanting to use his financial blessings to help others that was the reason TABITHA spared his life.
Joshua still has a huge part to play in events to come to Coldford but in the meantime with DAVID FINN, REGGIE PENN and CAMERON DOYLE as avid players of his game he brings some unexpected company together.
Lonesome Nights is the most popular game in Coldford.
Shy vet, Alex, receives an unexpected patient. When he saves the lives of two of Reggie Penn’s beloved rats the triplet is eager to befriend him. Better keep your distance Alex. Better stick to online.
